The Grove is a community right in the middle of Harbour Pointe, Mukilteo that is full of two story townhomes.  They all have one car garages and not quite 1500 square feet of living space.  Some are right on Harbour Pointe Blvd, some are right on the golf course, and some are right in between.   Built in the mid 1990s, the price point at The Grove is generally on the upper end of Harbour Pointe condos.
