Edmonds real estate is a unique piece of land in the world.

A suburb (population 39,000)  just north of Seattle.  It borders Shoreline and Lynnwood, also Mountlake Terrace to the east.  It runs along the Puget Sound.  Several Edmonds homes have views of the Puget Sound and the mountains.

This area is home to several Boeing employees, and also Microsoft employees, and many people that work in downtown Seattle as well.
