Verdeaux is right off I-405 on the border of Kirkland and Bothell, They are luxury one level flats and are between 1000 and 1300 sq feet.

A couple things I like about the Verdeaux Condos:

• It takes two seconds to get on I-405.  Makes for a really easy commute to downtown Bellevue, Bothell, or Lynnwood.   But, really minimal freeway noise from the actual condos.
• Built in 2008.   The mood isn't so bad at Verdeaux.  Meaning, if you buy one you won't be surrounded by a bunch of bitter neighbors who bought in 2006 and 2007, and are way under water, which helps in keeping an HOA healthy.  Values at Verdeaux have stayed pretty strong anyway.
• They were built actually as condos, not apartments.  Most of the time, you can tell a condo conversion from a mile away.  These condos are bona fide, quality built condos.

Five minutes to downtown Kirkland or Woodinville, 10-15 to downtown Bellevue, and about the same to Alderwood Mall, the location is ideal for several lifestyles.   The finishes are beautiful, there is an elevator in the building, and ceilings are high.

Verdeaux is a great choice for a first time home buyer, a down sizer, or really anyone who doesn't want to mow a lawn, or clean gutters.
