There are around 75 townhomes in this row style townhome community. Located in the middle of Bothell, most accurately described as the Thrasher’s corner neighborhood, and right in between the Mill Creek town center and the Canyon Park on ramp to I-405.

These townhomes were built in 2007, foreclosed on by the builder, and bought out by an investor. I have never not impressed someone while showing them the Altura townhomes. I’ve sold three so far and I think those buyers would agree… you just can’t compete with the location, the quality, and the prices of these townhomes.
